New Porter Karate Academy opens in Plymouth NH

Porter Karate Academy satellite school operated by Dana Bean a 6th dan has opened at 9th State fitness Center in Plymouth New Hampshire on route 25. Dana has studied with me since the 1980's. He was promoted from 5th to 6th dan in November of 2008. Dana says that there are currently around 13 students. Dana has also trained with Richie Bernard and Ken Bladyka. More information to come.

Tournament this weekend

Headed to Saco Maine this weekend (6/27/09)to a karate tournament hosted by Andy Campbell. He is an ex- student of long time friend Tony Fournier. Jeff Wood is going to try to meet me there. He has a hip injury that is making anything hard to do.
